Q1. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: Low MOQ. Usually the MOQ is about 60 pcs-120 pcs per item. 
If we have Swarovski crystal or cubic zirconia available, we would be able to lower the MOQ to 36 pcs. 

Q2. How to proceed an order for high quality jewelry?

Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.


Thirdly you confirms the samples and effect payment by TT or Western union for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production as soon as we get the payment.


Q3.Do you offer guarantee for the jewelry?

A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our jewelry.


Q4.How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.


Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new jewelry with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
